If you have accepted a delivery and wish to cancel the accepted delivery booking, we will require a minimum of 5 working days’ notice prior to the scheduled delivery date. If a delivery is cancelled within 5 working days of the accepted delivery date, the delivery loading process will have commenced and cancellation of the accepted delivery will incur a failed delivery charge.
