If a Mark Forrest and Co product is not for you, and you would like to return it within 14 days of delivery. We will collect the item from you without charging a collection fee.

All we ask is that you do not unpack it or remove it off the pallet. You will be able to see and check the quality of the product. You need to notify us at [email protected] of your wish to cancel this product within this time period.

If you have unpacked, or removed the item off the pallet, then you can still return it, but you will have to cover the cost of returning the item. This will either be through arranging the delivery yourselves to our manufacturing unit, or repacking and securing the goods back onto the pallet, and we can arrange a delivery for you. The cost of this will depend on your location, and the item bought. Please contact us if you would like us to advise the cost on this. In this case, we will not profit from this, but simply pass on courier charges we receive to you.

Any delivery charges you have paid, (such as quicker delivery, Saturday delivery, or a timed delivery), will not be refunded.

Once your item has been returned, it will be checked to ensure it is complete and in a resaleable condition. If we deem the product is not in a resaleable condition, we will deduct a reasonable amount to cover any costs we incur to you.

Where a refund is to be paid, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
